I always, always forget that I can share my info on the agency app’s I use for per diem work with my nurse friends. When they work a shift, you get a lump sum for referring them. All the APPs are different, but I don’t think I’m on 1 application that doesn’t offer $$ for referrals.
You can also refer facilities to the applications you use, and give your app the name and number of your Executive Director or DON. If they sign up with the agency to acquire staffing services, you get an even larger lump sum.
